Management Team

AG Machining has a solid and experienced management team, with an average of more than 17 years of industry experience. The management is respected and acknowledged by all the staff and together they enjoy a great working rapport.

Angel Garcia, President

Angel is the founder and President of AG Machining since its formation in 1984. Angel has provided the leadership and direction to the business taking it from its start up in his small garage to a location in the Simi Valley and through to the Moorpark facility today. Meeting with key customers and offering them products and services that aren’t available in the market is what he enjoys most. Angel believes anything is possible “it’s just a question of working it out”.

Eddie Garcia, Vice President

Eddie, twin brother to Bryan, graduated in 2007 from California State University Northridge with a BS degree in Finance. Involved with the business from a young age Eddie plays an active role in the development and implementation of the company’s business strategy where intelligence gathering, technology in manufacturing, and Epicor management are key areas of AG Machining’s success.

Bryan Garcia, Vice President

Bryan graduated in 2008 from California State University Northridge with a BS degree in Business Management. Bryan is actively involved in all the day to day management and administrative aspects of the business including overseeing procurement, pricing, inventory, freight co-ordination and quality.

Margaret Killeen, Controller

Margaret is responsible for monthly and year- end financial reporting, compiling budgets and devising strategic plans to help the Company achieve budget. Margaret has a strong background in IT and has specialist knowledge in ERP implementation in particular linking manufacturing to finance. Recently she was nominated for the San Fernando Valley Business Journal’s CFO of the Year – Small Business by the regions banking community.
